Meet the Visionary Behind the Brand: Terri R. Stephenson
Guiding the vision of Impact Atlanta International Magazine is Terri R. Stephenson, our CEO, Publisher, and Editor-in-Chief. A powerhouse professional with over 40 years of experience in marketing, sales, finance, and brand development, Terri is recognized not only for her expertise but also for her unwavering commitment to excellence and service.
Terri began her journey with the Impact family in 2015 as a Senior Writer for Impact Detroit, rising to Managing Editor in 2017 and Editor-in-Chief of the Atlanta edition in 2018. In October 2025, she officially acquired the publication, solidifying her legacy as a leader, innovator, and change agent in the media industry.
With a degree from American Intercontinental University (AIU) and studies in Business and Entertainment Law at California State University, Terri blends strategic business leadership with deep creative insight. She is widely respected for her ability to develop brands, empower talent, and drive sustainable growth, making Impact Atlanta International not only a magazine but a platform for legacy.

Mrs. Terri Robinson- Stephenson, Editor-in Chief of Impact Atlanta Fashion and Beauty Magazine. Terri Joined the Detroit Franchise in 2015 as a Senior Writer and was later promoted to Managing Editor for the Atlanta Franchise in 2017. Most recently promoted to Editor-in Chief 2018. Terri brings over 30 years of Marketing, Sales, Finance, Collections, Training and Product development experience, specializing in enabling startup and established companies to increase revenue. A Highly accomplished professional with high business-savvy and excellent problem-solving skills, demonstrating the ability to provide leadership to an organization with focus on Revenue, Product and Brand longevity.
Terri studied Business and Entertainment Law at California State University and a Graduate of American Intercontinental University (AIU) holding degrees in those areas. She is known as being a highly reliable self-starter with strong work ethics, goal orientated, customer focused, self-motivated and energetic. Excelling in helping others become successful and being their best self.
Anthony R. Page is a working creative professional who has been involved in more than 300 productions across his career. Although he has spent years learning every part of the production process from photography and graphic design to building sets and doing some freelance journalism, most of his time is spent working as a producer, director and writer - operating under the moniker Blue Bistro Creative. Anthony has always had an active imagination, and often lived in his socially awkward / abstract world. He found a use for this uniqueness in his writing, penning very interesting characters and compelling dialogue.
Anthony joins us a guest writer focusing on the independent film, television and theater industry across the country. Professional and Licensed Stylist located in Atlanta Ga. With 15 years of experience Tiffany has been mastering her craft over the years by meticulously choosing salon homes that will challenge her talents and feed her desire to teach and be taught. Working at several high-end multicultural salons early in her career gave her the foundation needed to shape her talents into the diversely skilled stylist that she is today. Tiffany is also known as a competing stylist due to her exciting on-stage performances winning several first-place trophies, cash prizes and notoriety amongst her peers. As her career developed, after having managed fully staffed salons, and holding the title as Lead Stylists, her teaching abilities were quickly recognized, Today Tiffany can be found servicing her clients on a daily basis, Teaching and Platform styling for major hair brands, and also freelance styling on private sets in and around the Atlanta Area. Proclaimed to be a child-writing prodigy by some, Dorothy Spearman-Ellis (aka Dorothy Spearman-Clark) began writing at the tender age of 6 years old. It was then that she co-wrote (encouraged by her 1st grade teacher), her elementary school’s Black History Play. Dorothy continued writing throughout her younger years, becoming an editorialist for her alma mater, East Atlanta High School’s “East Echo” newspaper, having her opinionated articles encouraged by students during the “Black Power” and “Power to the People” eras of that generation. Though time may tend to sway a determined writer, the creative flow of the writer within Dorothy never slowed. While pursuing her education in the accounting field, she went on to sign on as Staff Writer for the Fairburn Newspaper – a local newspaper of the small town of Fairburn, Georgia. Her monthly “country-flavored” article, penned under the pseudonym “Old Southern Lady,” was published weekly in the newspaper as well as the Troup County News in LaGrange, Georgia (2006-2008). Dorothy’s writings include: “Power Within the Woman”, an inspirational short story, and several poems, writings, and even screenplays. She is an accomplished clarinetist, having been credited on the World Changers International Church Live Performance CD - “The Heart of God” (2009). Alongside her personable writing charm, she has also contributed to research writing in operations and employment manuals, as well as tax-related instructional manuals. She is a registered writer with the Writers Guild of East Society and currently holds the title of Staff Writer for Impact Atlanta International Magazine, a quarterly publication distributed throughout the US. Brian Walker was born and raised in Kansas City Kansas. He moved to Atlanta in 1988 to pursue a better and more exciting life. Brian has 3 children and one grandchild. He is a contributor to Impact Atlanta International Fashion and Beauty Magazine. "50 Round the Table" is the platform. Brian explores, investigates, and encourages those entering and excelling through the unchartered stage of being 50 years old and beyond. Each of us seem to believe we are going through this new era of life alone. We must remember there is nothing that is UnCommon to man. Health and Fitness should be one of the most
important interest and goals of this age group. Being "Self-Full" is another area of realization and action for this age group. He's a contributing author to "Life, Love and Lockup, My Pain Became My Character". "The American Nightmare, Black Men on being Black in America". As well as 2 other efforts. He's appeared in the Starz series "Survivor's Remorse", HBO's "Bessie" with Queen Latifah, along with numerous stage plays. He was ATL's Hottest Male Model in 2016. He's a personal fitness trainer, a lover of life, and More importantly, he's a believer in The Almighty!!!
Carletha Geter is a local photographer of 11 years and a recent freelance writer for Impact Atlanta; As a third year contributing writer, Carletha specialize in stories of local persons of interest and their successes. With 3 years of experience in freelance, her prior work has appeared in The West Georgian, and the AUSA local publication. Carletha’s focus is to continuing to spotlight local people who make a difference in the life of others and fashion; Carletha is passionate about recognizing and bringing awareness to those who may not have the opportunity to share via magazine or news the stories these hometown heros. She is married with 2 adult sons and 5 grandchildren; two of whom she and her husband are raising.
Tiarra Shaw was born on January 15, 1981, in Decatur, Illinois, and relocated to Atlanta, Georgia, in 2003. She pursued higher education at Georgia State University, where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, followed by an MBA. Driven by creativity and entrepreneurship, she founded Comfort n' Light, a successful candle company known for its unique, soothing blends.
Tiarra is a licensed Realtor, working full-time to help clients find their dream homes across the Atlanta area. Her talents also extend into the entertainment industry, where she has contributed to film and television projects as a set designer, wardrobe stylist, location scout, and even taken on minor acting roles. Currently, she serves as the Creative Director for Impact Atlanta International Magazine, blending her business acumen with artistic vision to elevate the publication’s creative direction.
With a diverse background in business, real estate, media, and the arts, Tiarra continues to inspire through every endeavor she touches.
Terry Echols is a photographer based in Atlanta area, affiliated with Impact Atlanta International and also works as a staff member. Echols owns Echophotographix and joined the brand in 2021. Originally from Athens, Georgia, Terry studied at Albany State University and currently resides in Snellville, GA. As a traveling photographer and videographer, his motto is:
"Capturing moments - Creating memories."
